  In the event goods arrive in a defective condition, products are insured in full (limit 3000€) for loss or damage during transportation. Please contact us immediately with photographic proof of damage caused to both packaging and product.  

We take every effort to provide an accurate description and sufficient images of each product. Feel free to request more information or photos of any detail or item. However, in the unlikely event you feel your item does not match the description provided, please contact us by email within 24 hours. Please understand that our products are handmade and most have some age to them. As such any small defect is evidence of its authenticity. As our products are all unique, we cannot offer exchanges. Approved refund provided on receipt of returned goods in original packaging, in verified condition, less shipping and insurance costs; return postage and insurance to be paid by customer.
